Each program employs comprehensive documentation including workbook and audio, and is available in up to 30 languages (depending upon the programs). LMI Facilitators
Róisín Joyce is an experienced business leader who has demonstrated an ability to deliver profitability and revenue results, build relationships with key influencers, and bring a steadfast focus to Client relationships. With over 25 years of experience at the general management level, Róisín initially set up and ran her own successful marketing business and then moved to Owner and MD of Leadership Management Ireland Ltd. a subsidiary of Leadership Management International, one of the oldest people development organizations in the world.

Mr. Yahya Al Aufi is a highly experienced professional with a
remarkable career spanning over three decades, encompassing
dedicated service in both the Omani Ministry of Defense and the
private sector. His career has been marked by versatility, allowing
him to accumulate invaluable expertise across a wide spectrum of
areas. His primary areas of focus include human resources,
leadership, training, consultancy services, translation, management,
as well as national and international relations. His profound
knowledge and proficiency in these domains have played a pivotal
role in shaping the success of various organizations. Over the
years, Mr. Al Aufi has honed his leadership and training skills (MBA,
LMI, Inc. Certified Facilitator, TOT, and a linguist) enabling him to
cultivate effective leadership and deliver impactful training
programs for Omani youth, equipping them with the essential
skills and capabilities required to excel in today's dynamic job
markets and thrive in the ever-evolving professional landscape.
His proficiency in translation has been instrumental in bridging
language barriers, facilitating communication between diverse
groups, and fostering cooperation and mutual understanding. His
extensive experience in managerial roles has endowed him with
the ability to adeptly guide teams towards the efficient and effective
attainment of common objectives.

Dr. Faiza Al Hosni is an Omani professional with 23 years of work experience in higher education. She started her career path at Sultan Qaboos University where she held several positions: University Lecturer, Deputy Director for Educational Technology, and Director of Human Resources. Then she joined a private University as a Director of Administration and Human Resources. Dr. Faiza is an SQU graduate holding an MA in Media Assisted Language Learning from the University of Brighton and a Doctorate in Education Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK. She also holds three Diplomas in HR Management, Business Management, and TOT from AUTM. She attended several professional development programs and was awarded many certificates like LMI programs facilitation, TOT, and Lean Six Sigma (YB). Believing in the development of human capital, she is now transferring her experience and knowledge through training, coaching, and consultation in Strategic Planning, Policies and Procedures, HR Management, Job Analysis and Job Description, Work Process Improvement, Soft Skills, and Leadership.

Dr. Saleh Served as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) using knowledge skills in management, organization, planning, design, and problem-solving, for telecom companies of national or international scope. Responsible for overseeing all technical and commercial aspects of the company. Using an active and hands-on approach, direct all employees in the IT, Finance, Commercial, and Human Resources departments to achieve the company's strategic objectives defined in the company's strategic plan. Follow up on the company's financial budget and report directly to the CEO. More than 18 years of experience and progressive experience in the telecom industry and government sectors in addition to 10 years in the field of training. He worked on several information and communication technology development programs that would help the organization reach new heights. Bearing in mind that all programs and projects are designed from the point of view of achieving organizational goals and objectives.

Master in Industrial Engineering - Sultan Qaboos University, member of many professional organization’s partnership councils, and advisory boards in many universities in the Sultanate of Oman and abroad. He worked in the fields of engineering, maintenance, operation, safety, operation, and HSE in the oil industry and Airports, involved in an extensive international leadership program to enhance capability in the personnel leading to enhanced soft and hard skills across the staff in the organizations involved. Author of two published books and A speaker at many national and international conferences in the fields of engineering, maintenance, management, HSE, Mentor, Coach (ICF trained), and Facilitator in many leadership and devotement Programs.
